Modern townhouse in the old part of Porto Colom
In the charming old town of Portocolom, you’ll find this stylish townhouse completed in 2017 in the beautiful southeast of Mallorca. The house stands out for its clean lines and modern style.

Porto Colom is one of the very pretty fishing villages in the south east of Mallorca. It captivates by its charm, its bays and also by its cosiness and calmness. Thanks to local politics, the beautiful surrounding nature and historical ‚old town‘ of Porto Colom has been preserved. For your daily shopping there is one large supermarket and several small ones. Vall d’Or Golf course is only 5 min away by car and the airport and the centre of Palma are about a 50 min drive away.
Local amenities include pharmacy, supermarket, doctors/dentists, post-office, etc. There’s a street market twice a week.
Just five minutes drive away from a lovely 18-hole-golf course.
The capital Palma and international airport is fifty minutes by car.
