The currently planned 6 houses are in a quiet cul-de-sac, only a few minutes walk from the beach. The plots of about 600 m² offer pleasant privacy as the houses are detached.
THE SURROUNDINGS
Santanyí is one of the most beautiful original villages of Mallorca. It is characterised by a uniform Mallorcan building structure made of local sandstone. There are many individual small shops and on market days, Wednesdays and Saturdays, life pulsates in this nice village.
This region of Mallorca is still very unspoilt, there are no large hotels, but an intact environment, small contemplative villages, and a wonderful nature with beautiful small bays.
It takes 40 minutes to reach the island`s capital Palma and about 35 minutes to the airport.
