Natural stone finca with far-reaching views and holiday rental licence near Ses Salines

From here, as well as via an external staircase, you reach the spacious roof terrace with views over the surrounding countryside, the sea and the protected island of Cabrera. The park-like garden with lawns, palm trees and mature shrubs surrounds the 10 x 4 m pool. Next to the pool there is a small outbuilding that is ideal for guests.
The finca has a full basement level with a very large garage for several vehicles and a generous utility room; in addition, there is a carport at the entrance to the property. Technical features include air conditioning, connection to the public electricity grid and an osmosis system in the kitchen. The location offers peace and privacy while still providing convenient access to Palma and the airport via the nearby motorway. The beaches of Es Port and Es Dolc near Colònia de Sant Jordi are only about 2-3 minutes‘ drive away, with further coves along the south-east coast reached within a short drive.
