Country house and historic mill with sea views in Es Carritxò
The historic mill was repurposed as a residential building in the 1930s, converted into a country house in the late 80s and extensively renovated in 2010. The property combines classic charm with modern comfort. It is situated on a 7,110 m² plot in a peaceful hilly location and offers impressive views over the surrounding countryside as far as the sea.
The idyllic plot with palm trees, old cypresses and a citrus grove has been carefully extended with a Mediterranean garden, which emphasizes the natural atmosphere. An electric gate opens into this peaceful oasis.
