This little hamlet Es Carritxo is situated amidst the hilly scenery between Calonge and Felanitx. From here you have a beautiful view to the Castell de Santueri dating from the 14.th century. The nearest villages – Calonge and Cas Concos – are only a few kilometres and 5 minutes drive away.
Felanitx, the nearest town can be reached in 10 minutes and offers various possibilities for your daily shopping, as well as many good bars and restaurants. This small town has still maintained its normal Mallorcan course of life with its numerous business and offices. Only on Sundays tourists find their way to the colourful and attractive market. The stands with groceries and articles for every day life are widespread throughout the whole town centre.
Cala d’Or – also 10 minutes drive away – is one of the most important tourist centers in the south east of Mallorca. A large pedestrian area runs through the village with numerous restaurants, bars and shops. Lovely beaches are located within and outside the village.
A further highlight is the impressing Yacht Harbor of Cala d’Or, with its great number of moorings for yachts, sailing- and motorboats.
Vall d’Or Golf is approx. 10 min drive by car and Palma Capital and the international Airport approx. 45 min.
