The small village of Cas Concos is very quiet and original and is one of the places which are popular among the locals because of their authentic ambience. Locals and residents visit bars and restaurants, do their daily shopping and have long conversations with neighbours and friends on the street. On the other hand, in recent years Cas Concos has become a place of movement and growth with the opening of new restaurants and shops. The nearest major towns are Felanitx and Santanyí, which are about 10 minutes away by car and very attractive with their markets on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays. The golf course Vall d’Or can be reached in about 15 minutes. The tourist centre Cala d’Or with its large marina and numerous bays are also just 15 minutes away.
