Charming natural stone finca with guest house in Alquería Blanca

This charming natural stone finca is situated in a wonderfully quiet location with fantastic views as far as the sea. The house is the middle part of the Can Vida complex of three houses.

Upon entering the main house with a living area of approx. 200 m², you are greeted by an inviting dining area with fireplace and open kitchen.

From there, a beautiful staircase leads to the living area (split level), which is only slightly elevated and is also equipped with a fireplace and promises cozy hours.

Another staircase leads to the master bedroom with integrated office area. There are also two bathrooms on this level, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.

A guest bedroom is located slightly higher up again, from where there is access to the roof terrace with pergola, which is protected from view. Here visitors can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views as far as the sea.

Behind the main house, surrounded by lemon and orange trees, is the beautiful 90 m² guest house. A large living and sleeping area with fireplace as well as 2 bathrooms and a small kitchenette create a very special ambience for dear guests.

A west-facing terrace with a small pool and a sauna round off this idyll in a very special way.
