Historic stone finca with traditional character near Felanitx

This historic stone finca is located on a plot of approximately 29, 500 m² in the rural area of Son Valls near Felanitx. Over generations, the house has been carefully developed without altering its original character. Natural stone facades, exposed beam ceilings, and terracotta floors define the appearance, creating a sense of a home and garden that have merged over the years.

The approximately 400 m² of built area is distributed across two floors. Entering the finca, the gaze is immediately drawn to the full height of the entrance hall. The free-standing wooden staircase forms the visual centrepiece and leads up to the surrounding gallery. From this central point, the ground-floor living and dining areas are distributed, connected by wide stone arches. A fireplace in the lounge and the deep masonry recesses of the windows emphasise the permanence of the construction and create a calm atmosphere within the high rooms.

The upper floor contains six bedrooms and an additional dressing room. The open gallery provides views into the heart of the house and connects the sleeping quarters. Three bathrooms complete this private level. Each room offers a distinct perspective on the grounds or across the wide Mallorcan landscape due to its individual orientation.
