Charming detached chalet in Porto Colom
You will find this lovely detached chalet in a quiet neighbourhood in Portocolom. The house has private parking for one car, private gardens and pool.
Upon entering, you step into the bright living/dining room. To your right is the fully equipped kitchen which gives access to the garden.
On the ground floor you will find another room that you can use as you wish, (bedroom, sittingroom) that also gives access to the garden. There is also a bathroom with shower and a storage room with washing machine.
On the first floor are 3 bedrooms (2 with fitted wardrobes), and an additional bathroom. 2 of the bedrooms have a private terrace. 1 bedroom has air conditioning.
All rooms have radiators with gas powered central heating.
The easily maintained fully enclosed garden is ideal for this beautiful island´s weather and has a partly covered veranda. With friends and family, the garden is the perfect place to spend your time and you can cool off in the private swimming pool on warm summer days.
Portocolom is a pretty fishing village with a nice promenade around the harbour. Along the way, you will come across many restaurants and terraces to enjoy a Mediterranean meal. There are also several sandy bays with beautiful blue waters. For the golf enthusiast, the Vall Dor Golf is 5 minutes by car.
