This charming ancient estate has a long and rich history. The buildings are traditional Mallorcan style houses dating back to the 16th century. There are also indications that they were built on a house from the Islamic period, around the 11th century.
It is located on a large private plot of about 256, 000 m² and offers the peace and tranquillity of a mountain location. It`s close to the historical Castle of Santueri which could be defined as a sanctuary. and is just 20 minutes from lovely beaches of Portocolom.

The estate consists of two different parts. On one side the architecture shows the part of the landleasers or farmers who were in charge of the farm; on the other side the sporadic residence of the owners of the hacienda, both are currently interconnected with each other.
