This historic stone finca stands on a plot of approximately 29,500 m² in the Albocàsser plain near Felanitx. Developed over generations, the house retains its original fabric within an established landscape. The land is divided into two separate plots, which, subject to the relevant official permissions, may offer scope for additional construction as well as the cultivation of vines or olive trees.

The built area of approximately 400 m² is arranged over two floors. An entrance hall with a ceiling height of around ten metres forms the centre of the house and opens onto the surrounding gallery.
