This finca was built in the 13th century and used to be an old majorcan country estate. After the constructional changes from a typical rural finca to a modern land hotel with spa the original majorcan charme and style remained. The estate with about 800.000 m² of land provides a beautiful view of the surrounding hills of the monastery and San Salvador. All licences and authorizations to run a 4-star hotel do exsist.
